Slewing gearboxes for dock cranes

Just before many Dutchies leave to the south of Europe with their caravan, we just-in-time shipped 4 planetary slewing drives.
The 4-stage planetary gearboxes are supplied with eccentric output support, to adjust backlash between pinion and slewing ring, including induction hardened pinions in module 16 with 13 teeth. The gearboxes are supplied with marine brake motors, IP56, TENV and anti-condensation heating.

The units were completely blasted and painted in an International paint system to get this beautiful gray color and will be used to slew dock cranes. After the summer vacations we will also supply the gearboxes which will drive the winches for these dock cranes.

Reliable transmissions for the theatre industry

For a project in the theatre industry, we supplied two mechanically coupled bevel helical geared motors (IRK-153 with hollow shaft Ø120mm from I.Mak), which will be used to drive a winch system of a portal bridge.
