Can you spot the difference?
At first glance, these four planetary gearboxes with bevel input look identical, but take a closer look. They all have 3 planetary stages, a bevel input stage and an electric motor adapter. A visual difference shows that two of them have an input for electric motor size 180 and the other two for size 200. The difference you can’t see, are the different ratios due to different planetary stages.
The output shaft with spline flange is connected to the drum of the winch. Because of the bevel input it still has a quite compact design. All four gearboxes will drive electric winches on dock cranes. Earlier we supplied the slewing gearboxes for these cranes.
